Well, surely this fellow has some redeeming quality....he appropriated his brothers eyes...got all upset about losing the Hokage election...pretty much P.O.d his whole clan...stomped off in a huff only to come back with the Nine-tailed fox in tow to cause some general mayhem...sat underground like a spider plotting his comback for a couple of generations before Stockholming a poor kid who was unfortunate enough to have a boulder fall on his face...and now he's back and once again causing mayhem....it's hard work taking over the world when you have some rather feisty opposition....hmmmm.
Guess he doesn't have any redeeming quality after all other than being one badass villan.
M. Kishimoto created him to torment Naruto and just about everyone else he crosses paths with.
